Shipping policy

Once your order has processed, you can track its status by logging into your profile.  Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship due to processing time. Additionally, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been picked up and scanned by the shipping courier.

Can I cancel or change my order once it has processed? Once your order has processed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel it.

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, once the order has shipped it’s your responsibility to contact shipping provider directly to correct the address. We can only correct order addresses right when the order is placed, before it leaves warehouse, after that you must reach shipper directly. 

If you provide an incorrect address, and therefore your package is returned to us, you can either choose to get a refund minus shipping costs, or you can pay for a reshipment. 

When will my order ship? Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship due to processing time. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times.
