Items shipped from Pure & Peaceful, can be returned within 2 days of receipt of shipment only if there is product(s) damaged. It can take up to 5 days for an item to reach our office. Once the item is received, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. A return label will be provided.
